Refund Policy

1. Try Before You Buy

Every new account on FinAnalyser includes 3 free bank statement analyses with full feature access — no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to use these free analyses to validate accuracy and report quality before purchasing credits or subscriptions. This is our primary mechanism for ensuring you only pay when you're confident in the product.

2. Credit Packs (Pay-As-You-Go & Bulk)

Since you can validate accuracy via the free trial before purchase, credit packs are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits from a pack can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no analyses have been run against that pack. Credits can also be transferred to other team members in your account.

3. Subscription Plans

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — there are no lock-in periods. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain access until then. If you cancel within 48 hours of a renewal and have not consumed more than 5% of the renewed quota, we will issue a pro-rata refund on a case-by-case basis.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We will issue a full refund in cases of: (a) duplicate or accidental charges, (b) demonstrable platform downtime exceeding 24 hours during your active usage, or (c) a material accuracy defect that prevents the product from delivering its core promise. Such requests are reviewed individually.

5. How to Request

Email support@finanalyser.com with your registered email, transaction ID, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.
