By accessing and using FinAnalyse ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

FinAnalyse provides AI-powered bank statement analysis services for financial professionals. The Service includes:

• Bank statement parsing and data extraction
• Anomaly checks and indicator analysis
• Financial insights and cash flow predictions
• Report generation and export functionality

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Billing

• Free Trial: 14-day free trial available for new users
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial months
• Price Changes: 30-day notice for any price changes

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload malicious files or attempt to breach security
• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Reverse engineer or copy our software or algorithms
• Share your account with unauthorized users
• Use automated systems to access the Service excessively

6. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you upload. We may use anonymized, aggregated data for service improvements.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. Critical security updates may be applied immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

FinAnalyse is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
